Dineo is a holder of a GIBS MBA post graduate degree during which programme she was awarded the Best MBA student in Women in Leadership & Strategy and General Management. She was awarded the Best MBA student in Women in Leadership & Strategy and General Management by GIBS in 2016.

Jeri-Lee is a cum laude MBA graduate from the Gordon Institute of Science (GIBS). She won the top student award for Innovating Business at the Base, an elective aimed at working in township communities with township entrepreneurs to build/boost township economies. She holds two additional degrees, one in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cape Town (UCT) and another Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand (WITS). She is an internationally accredited Project Manager and has extensive experience in project management, construction, entrepreneur development and stakeholder management.
She has done conceptual, train-the-trainer and programme scoping work in entrepreneurship and township economies with the GIBS Entrepreneurship Development Academy, Henley Business School, University of North Carolina, Standard Bank and Hollard.
This dynamic woman holds a national diploma in Internal Auditing as well as a bridging certificate in the Theory of Accounting (BCTA). She has gained experience in various industries, including broadcasting, financial services, and the public sector, which has given her a strong background in finance and accounting.
Despite her talents for balancing the books, she is an entrepreneur at heart. Before joining Blaque Partners, she ran her own businesses for a number of years. This has given her invaluable insight into the many challenges that black South African entrepreneurs face in a very competitive environment. Her diverse skill set, such as customer service, business development, and people management, makes her an invaluable asset to Blaque Partners.
